PADI Enriched Air Speciality Course

This is one of our most popular speciality courses! During this course you will learn how to safely plan and dive with enriched air (up to 40% oxygen) Scuba diving with enriched air nitrox gives you more no decompression time, especially when doing repetitive dives. If staying at depth longer and doing multiple dives sounds appealing to you, the Enriched Air Speciality course is for you!

PADI Deep Diver Speciality Course

PADI Emergency O2 Provider Speciality Course

Knowing how and when to use emergency oxygen is a great skill to have and means you’re ready to help others should the need arise. Becoming a PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider lets you breathe easy knowing that you can recognise scuba diving illnesses treatable with emergency oxygen, and are prepared to offer aid.

PADI Master Scuba Diver

Do you want to achieve the highest non-professional rating in scuba diving? Being a PADI Master Scuba Diver denotes a high level of competence and is a personal achievement for all divers who earn this rating. In order to meet the requirements for the Master Scuba Diver rating, you must complete the PADI Advanced, PADI Rescue and 5 speciality courses. Once you have all these checked off, you can apply to be a Master Scuba Diver as a recognition for your achievements as a diver!

FAQS

All we ask you to bring is your swim wear, a towel and a change of dry clothes for the van afterwards. We also ask for you to bring a form of ID and your diving certification details.

At Puerto Rico Diving we believe in the personal touch, so please contact us to book your PADI diving course in Gran Canaria with us! This way we can ensure your PADI Speciality Course is going to be arranged exactly as you want it.

Yes. It is mandatory for all divers to have insurance which covers them for scuba diving. If you have travel insurance please check if this covers scuba diving (If yes, we will need to see proof of coverage plus the policy number and expiry date for you paperwork) We can also arrange daily, weekly, monthly and yearly scuba diving insurance with DAN at our dive centre.

Yes. In Gran Canaria it is a legal requirement for all scuba diving courses to have a signed medical statement from a doctor. At our dive centre we follow the rules strictly to ensure our divers safety in the water. You can either have this signed before you arrive or we can arrange to get the form signed here with a local doctor.
