With 2018 fast approaching many people out there will be thinking about their new years resolutions. What are they going to do to make the next year better than the last? The majority of people will chose resolutions along the lines of lose weight, learn something new or quit smoking. Did you know that 90% of people have already given up on their new years resolutions 4 weeks into the new year? - Lose Weight-Probably the most common new years resolution in the world. After the festive period and all the decedent food, the new year seems like the perfect opportunity to lose those stubborn pounds. Unfortunately, it’s also the resolution most quickly broken. Researchers say 60 percent of gym memberships signed in January never get used and most of the rest are ignored by mid-February. Why go to the gym when you can go underwater? - Learn Something New-There are so many options to learn something new within Scuba Diving. - Be Calmer/De Stress- Is there anything more peaceful than being weightless under water? They say saltwater heals everything, and there is nothing more true than the ocean healing a stressed mind in our opinion. As soon as you slip underneath the water, you leave all your worries at the surface. Even though scuba diving is seen as an adventure sport, it is also a very relaxing sport. Sure you could also take up yoga, but will you have the chance to see beautiful marine life whilst in the yoga studio?
